1. Audio Files & Intellectual Property

When you drag an audio file into SyncPilot (WAV, AIFF, MP3, FLAC), the file is read into memory via client-side JavaScript File and ArrayBuffer APIs. Processing is carried out locally by WebAssembly (WASM), WebGPU, and client-side ONNX neural models.

• No Cloud Uploads: Audio waveform samples, spectral features, and stem audio are never transmitted over network protocols to Airtight Audio or third-party servers.
• No Model Scraping: Your compositions and audio recordings are never used to train or fine-tune generative machine learning models.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information strictly necessary to operate authentication, billing, and software licensing:

• Account Information: Email address and encrypted authentication credentials managed securely via Firebase Authentication when you register for an account.
• Billing & License Data: Purchase receipts, active subscription status, and hardware license activation identifiers managed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card or payment card details.
• Local Device Storage: Session preferences, recent tag presets, and cached spectral features are stored locally in your browser's localStorage or IndexedDB for your convenience. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted industry infrastructure providers exclusively for account management and payment processing:

• Stripe: Secure payment processing for Day Passes, Creator subscriptions, and Lifetime Desktop licenses.
• Google Firebase: User authentication (Firebase Auth) and cloud database storage for user account profile settings (Firestore).

4. Data Deletion & User Rights

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account profile and associated metadata at any time. To request account deletion, navigate to your Account Dashboard or email our privacy team at support@airtightaudio.com.
