We stand behind the engineering and precision of Sync Pilot Desktop and the Airtight Audio Studio Suite. If our software does not meet your studio and sync workflow expectations, we offer a transparent, hassle-free refund process.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Desktop Lifetime Licenses

All single-payment digital licenses (including Sync Pilot Desktop Lifetime and Desktop Lifetime Pro) are backed by a full 14-day money-back guarantee from the original timestamp of purchase:

• If the software is incompatible with your system hardware, or if you are not completely satisfied with the AI tagging and acoustic analysis results, simply contact our support team within 14 days of purchase.
• Upon approval, a 100% full refund will be credited back to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy, and your desktop license key will be deactivated.

2. Web Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual)

For recurring web subscriptions (such as Creator Pro Web or Publisher Pass):

• Cancellation at Any Time: You may cancel recurring billing at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or the Account settings. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
• Annual Subscriptions: If you purchase an annual pass and determine within the first 14 days that it does not fit your studio needs, you are eligible for a full refund upon request.

3. Digital Delivery & Returns

Because Sync Pilot is a digital software product, physical returns are not required. When a refund is processed, the associated serial number / license key is invalidated in the licensing system.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 14-day guarantee:

• Email our support team at support@airtightaudio.com.
• Include your order email address, Lemon Squeezy Order ID, and your serial number.
• Refunds are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Funds will appear on your bank statement within 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution.
