Welcome to SyncPilot by Airtight Audio ("Airtight Audio", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our website (airtightaudio.com), our web-based audio analysis applications, or our native desktop workstation software (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. 100% Intellectual Property & Master Rights Retention
You retain full, exclusive copyright ownership, master recording rights, composition rights, publishing rights, and creative control of all audio files, stems, metadata, and pitch sheets processed through SyncPilot. Airtight Audio claims zero ownership, license, or administrative interest in your creative works.
2. On-Device Processing & Zero Cloud Storage
SyncPilot executes its audio DSP, neural feature extraction, WAV chunk embedding, and pitch sheet generation 100% locally on your device (via client-side WebAssembly / WebGPU in the browser, or natively within the desktop application).
At no point are your uncompressed audio recordings, stems, or private client split sheets uploaded, transmitted, stored, or duplicated on our servers. You maintain total technical custody of your audio masters at all times.
3. Desktop Workstation Licenses
When you purchase a Native Desktop Lifetime Perpetual License:
- You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the software on up to three (3) personal or studio machines owned or operated by the registered licensee.
- Your perpetual license includes all version 1.x maintenance updates and DSP feature enhancements.
- License keys are non-transferable and may not be rented, resold, or redistributed.
4. Web Passes & Subscription Billing
- Day Passes: Single 24-hour passes grant full access to web-based audio analysis, mastering, promo cutdowns, and vector PDF pitch sheet exports for a 24-hour period from activation.
- Annual Creator Pro: Annual passes are billed automatically on a recurring 12-month basis. You may cancel renewal at any time via your Account Dashboard.
- Payment transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our infrastructure.
5. Broadcast Verification Disclaimer
SyncPilot provides automated audio DSP measurements (such as Integrated LUFS, True Peak, phase correlation, and sub-bass energy) calibrated against published industry standards (including EBU R128, ATSC A/85, and ITU-R BS.1770-4).
While our software is engineered to professional broadcast tolerances, SyncPilot is an audio engineering utility and does not guarantee commercial placements, television airplay, or licensing revenues, which remain subject to individual network, supervisor, and studio editorial discretion.
