Welcome to Airtight Audio (operated by Blue Beat Productions, LLC). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase, download, and use of our web services, software applications (including Sync Pilot Desktop and Sync Pilot Tagger), and associated digital products.
1. Software Licenses & Commercial Usage
When you purchase a lifetime license or active subscription to Sync Pilot, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, execute, and utilize the software for your music production, audio mastering, and sync licensing workflows according to your purchased tier:
- Desktop Lifetime License: Grants perpetual access to the desktop application for up to your authorized machine seats (e.g., 2 computers per single-user license). Includes 18 months of major upgrades and perpetual minor security/maintenance updates.
- Creator & Publisher Subscriptions: Grants active access to unlimited web audio analysis, WAV tag embedding, and PDF one-sheet pitch generation during the duration of your paid billing cycle.
2. User Content & 100% Privacy Guarantee
You retain 100% ownership, intellectual property rights, and master publishing rights in all audio files, songwriting splits, metadata tags, and artwork processed through our platform. All DSP audio analysis and tag embedding are performed locally on your device or in sandboxed client memory. We do not claim ownership of, sell, or train public AI models on your proprietary music stems or recordings.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary model weights or source code from our software.
- Share, publish, or distribute serial numbers or license activation keys to unauthorized third parties.
- Resell, lease, or sublicense the software or license keys without prior written authorization from Airtight Audio.
4. Billing, Subscriptions & Payments
Payments, digital deliveries, and recurring subscriptions are processed securely through our authorized merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy). By completing a purchase, you authorize recurring charges where applicable according to your selected billing schedule (monthly or annual).
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Airtight Audio and Sync Pilot are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our algorithms are calibrated against major broadcast sync standards (EBU R128 / ATSC A/85), placement outcomes depend upon third-party music supervisors and sync agencies.
