Return & Refund Policy

1. Desktop Workstation Perpetual Licenses

If you purchase a Native Desktop Lifetime License and find that the software is incompatible with your system configuration (macOS or Windows) or does not fulfill your production needs, you may request a full 100% refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. Upon refund issuance, your license key will be deactivated.

2. Annual Subscriptions

For Annual passes, you may cancel your auto-renewal at any time with a single click from your Account Dashboard. If you are charged for an annual renewal and request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge, we will gladly issue a full refund.

3. Credit Packs

Creator Credit packs provide immediate, consumable access to batch audio analysis, Airtight Mastering Suite, promo cut extraction, and vector PDF pitch sheet generation. Because access is consumed immediately upon activation, Credit Packs are non-refundable, except in cases where a documented technical platform outage prevented you from using the service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to support@airtightaudio.com with:

• Your purchase email address
• Your order transaction ID or license key
• A brief note explaining why the software didn't work for your setup (we use this feedback to fix bugs and improve DSP performance)

Refunds are processed promptly through Stripe directly back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
